Dr. Jason Syrek is a licensed chiropractor serving the Tumwater community.

.Dr. Jason is a local boy growing up in Lacey and attending Lacey Elementary, Chinook Middle School, and North Thurston High School. After graduating high school Dr. Jason did his undergraduate college in Tacoma and Portland, and then moved on to Western States Chiropractic College in Portland. Upon graduating, Dr Jason moved back home and started 1st Choice Chiropractic in December of 2000 and has been in practice since.

Dr. Jason takes the approach that the body has the ability to heal itself if given the chance. If there is no interference with our nervous systems our bodies work better and will therefore be healthier. When we are pain free we are also healthier, so Dr. Syrek's goal is to get you out of pain ASAP and remove any interference to your nervous system, so you can maintain optimal health.

Dr. Jason has two daughters and enjoys every part of living in the northwest. We can ski, wake board, and surf all in the same weekend, where else is this possible? To truly take advantage of all the activities we have access to here in Olympia it's really important to maintain the optimal state of health that chiropractic can bring, and that's what we are about here at 1st Choice Chiropractic....OPTIMAL HEALTH!

Outside the office Dr. Jason enjoys and lives the same lifestyle he promotes. He is very active in the outdoors, Dr. Jason enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, hiking, and even a little rock climbing with his daughters. Dr. Jason also believes that your entire family, children included should benefit from optimal health that chiropractic care provides. Being able to enjoy life is no fun if your family is unable to join you!
